Unfortunately, there wasn't someone on reception during the day which was frustrating. The door to our room was quite rusty and needed a firm push, which felt a bit unwelcoming. I also found it inconvenient to have only one key for our room as it caused disturbances for my friend when we wanted to go out separately.
